I know only like, 2 people read this but I'll post it anyway.

My printer just died. I have a big ole electric bill to pay. I have about $100 right now to tide me over for the rest of the month. I have no job, and can't really get one because of my wacky class schedule + shit economy + homework.

BUT. I can make stuff. My specialty is bags, especially backpacks, but I can probably make just about any sort of accessory (I won't attempt selling clothes for a while.. haha). A messenger bag or purse would also be easy to make.

If you are interested, here's what you do: comment or note me. Give me a general idea of what you want. If I don't have a fabric that suits what you are looking to get, I will find some and send you pictures for your approval.

I can customize any design to suit your wants/needs. Any special design stuff, certain types of pockets or features (IE: *gazzi-the-great wanted "tampon pockets" in her backpack), I can accommodate.

I can also screenprint designs/accents if you want.

After we hammer out the details, I will give you a quote. If you want to modify it to change the price, I can work with you.

I sew a lot. I can figure out how to do just about anything you want accessory-wise.
Prices depend on the nature/complexity of the commission. My backpacks have been going for 50-60. I made a small purse that I priced at 30. I could probably go as low as 15-20 for a small project.

I am thinking of posting some things I have made in the past 2 years in my fashion classes.. I never posted them because I feel they should be modeled. Once I get my hands on my parents' digital camera I can post them. I also have several works from my life drawing class that I am pretty proud of, so I'll throw some of those in as well. So expect some deviations from me in the near future!

I also have a few digital pieces that I am working on bit by bit, very slowly.. but they will eventually come to fruition. I just don't know when.

BUT even bigger than all of that-- I have been given the opportunity to participate in a fashion show. It's at my high school, but I am getting the chance to make a line for it despite having graduated. I only recently decided on my theme.. it's going to be awesome!!

Lucky me, yesterday I woke up with vertigo.

For those of you who don't know what that is, think of the worst hangover you can imagine (I'm told they are pretty much the same thing; I've never had a hangover). Now multiply that by a billion.

If you've never had a hangover, vertigo is like.. extreme dizziness and lack of balance. I didn't feel like my head was heavy, but it seemed to behave that way. Every time I went to lay back down in bed, as I laid down I felt like i was being weighed down by my head and falling over. I could not walk in a straight line (ran into walls, etc) and even when I sat/laid still, if I kept my eyes open I could SEE THE WORLD REVOLVING. So yeah, constant, crazy, uncontrollable motion...

I had to stay home from school, but instead of doing stuff like drawing or watching a movie or playing the sims like a "fun" sick day, all I could do was lay in the same position and watch each minute tick by. Because trying to keep my head up or like.. even watching something move.. made me ill.

Did I mention that any time I sat up, I threw up? 7 times, baby.


I'm home again today. I should be in LA to watch the fashion show... I had to cancel because of this.

Fred Phelps and his Westboro crew are stopping by my school while they are in town to picket against gays and Sweden (what).

Because apparently my school has the largest GSA.

A lot of kids found out today and it's spreading around like wildfire.. they're all pretty pissed about it. But I am gonna make it fun. That guy isn't even worth being angry about any more. He's trash. Might as well get some entertainment out of it.
